05 June 2023: The Asia-Pacific Society for Cellular Agriculture (APAC-SCA) and the Japan Association for Cellular Agriculture (JACA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalise the collaboration between both associations to advance the field of cellular agriculture in Japan and the wider APAC region.
The MoU signifies the ties between the associations and establishes a mutually beneficial relationship. Under this MoU, JACA will be able to work more closely with the global network of the industry, while APAC-SCA shall have more of an influence in driving regulatory developments in Japan. Both associations will work together on activities such as knowledge sharing and the development of a risk communication strategy for its membership.
